Recent legislation underscores the tremendous dollar potential for training the front line workers in food establishments.  As a follow up to last year's session on effective (or ineffective) food handler training, our panel will look at progress made over the past year, new insights into teaching and learning food safety, and the efficacy of legislating food handler training.  From this panel discussion you will have a greater knowledge of workings around state legislated food handler training and its impact of the food safety training industry.  You will also hear food safety training experts talk about advances and various training tools to reach the adult food safety learner.
