Presentation:    Assessing Food Safety Trends Within Foodservice and Retail Food Facilities

John Marcello is one of six FDA Regional Retail Food Specialists assigned to FDA's Pacific Region.  He currently serves as one of the two field Team Leaders on FDA's National Retail Food Steering Committee.  John has worked on several Federal-State food safety educational initiatives and in 1996 received the "Hammer Award" from vice President Gore's National Performance Review Committee for joint industry-regulatory HACCP Workshops.  In 2010 he received NEHA's Past President's Award. Currently service as one of the Co-Technical Chairs for NEHA's Food Protection and Food Defense area.
