Presentation: Health Impact Assessments and Exposure Monitoring from a Community Protection Standpoint During Bridge Demolition
Speaker: Thomas Boecher
Mr. Boecher is an EHS professional with over 20 years’ experience in the industry. He received his education from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan with a Bachelor’s of Science degree- Bio-Chemistry Emphasis. Mr. Boecher has been an instructor for occupational safety and health courses as well as an EPA approved training instructor for the Model Accreditation Plan courses (asbestos contractor/supervisor, worker, inspector, and management planner) courses since 1995.
Mr. Boecher has written Safety and Health Programs for general industry, manufacturing, and commercial clientele and has extensive knowledge in occupational health concerns. He has also conducted facility compliance audits for commercial and industrial clients, and generated specialized training programs and assisted large health care organizations in the development of emergency response protocols.
