The challenge of assuring food safety increases with the growth of a company.  Protecting a company’s brand while serving a safe product is an essential component to surviving in today’s ever-changing retail market.  This presentation will discuss some of the many components of successful quality assurance from overseeing responsibility for food safety and product quality throughout the supply chain to vendor selection, certification and management. A quality assurance team that works in tandem throughout the company can ensure that associates provide a safer product as integral part of executing brand promise to the customers.
