Joelle Wirth, is a Registered
Sanitarian with over 20 years experience with onsite wastewater in management
planning, permitting, design and administration. She is currently employed
with Coconino County Environmental Quality as a Program Manger for the
Environmental Quality Program. She has a Bachelor of Science from Northern Arizona in Resource Management. She
has been actively involved In the Aquifer Protection Rule writing process that
has spanned from 1999 to today’s date. Joelle
is a member of the Arizona Environmental Heath Association, the National
Environmental Heath Association, is Grade II Wastewater Operator in the State
of Arizona,
is a Certified Pool Operator and has received professional excellence awards
from national and local organizations. She was one of the founding
members of the Arizona Onsite Wastewater Recycling Association and is an active
planner for the Southwest Onsite Wastewater Conference held bi-annually in
Laughlin Nevada.
Joelle is also a homeowner with a grey water
system in her back yard that has been in operation for several years and has
gardening as one of her hobbies.
