When do I need
a Username and Password?
Education
Series:
You do not need a Username and Password to view the
programs within the Education Series.
These programs are available for viewing by anyone. You may simply log in as a guest and you will
have access to view the program as well as download course documents. Usernames and Passwords are required in order
to obtain CE credits for courses within this website.
CDC Sponsored
Workshops:
You do need a Username and Password to view the programs
as well as obtain CE credits. These are
available at no cost for anyone. To
obtain the Username and Password see below.
How do I obtain
a Username and Password?
NEHA Members:
As an active NEHA Member you are automatically registered
in all courses within the Education Series and CDC Sponsored Workshops with
access to unlimited CE credits. Your
Username and Password would have been emailed to the email address you provided
NEHA with your NEHA membership information.
If you purchase a new NEHA Membership or renew your Membership on this
website, a Username and Password will be automatically sent to your email
address and you will have immediate access to CE Credits.
If You Did Not
Receive Your Username and Password:
The email address you provided NEHA is your
Username. If you enter that email
address as your Username and follow instructions for a lost password, a new
Password will be emailed to you. If the
system does not recognize your email address or you did not provide an email to
NEHA, then contact Christine Hollenbeck at NEHA – (303) 756-9090 ext 306.
If your Username
and Password Are Not Being Recognized:
There may be several reasons:

The Password is case sensitive. Be sure to type in the Password exactly as
provided to you.

Your membership has lapsed. If you have a question about this, contact
Christine Hollenbeck at NEHA – (303) 756-9090 ext 306. If this is the case, memberships may be
renewed on this website providing you with immediate access to course credits.
Non-Members:
Previously
Purchased Courses or Electronic Subscriptions:
If you have previously purchased an Electronic
Subscription or individual courses, your Username and Password provided
previously will still allow access to the courses your purchased.
CDC Sponsored
Workshop:
You may obtain a Username and Password for these
workshops by clicking on the CDC Workshop category then following the
instructions to register for the courses.
There is no cost to these courses, but you do need to complete the
registration form and submit it. You
will then be emailed your Username and Password which will provide you access
to view all the CDC Sponsored Workshops and to obtain CE credits at no cost.
Education
Series:
You do not need a Username and Password to view these
programs. However, if you would like to
obtain CE credits for these courses, you may either purchase a NEHA Membership
or individual courses on the website.
With the purchase of either of these items, you will be emailed a
Username and Password to the email address you indicate and then will have
immediate access to the quizzes and Course Certificates for all the courses if
you purchased a NEHA Membership or to the individual course if you purchased an
individual course.
