Steve Lipton is President of Biotest Services, Inc. and has been in Environmental Health for 15 years, consulting, training, and providing food safety audits to a vast variety of both food manufacturers and food service facilities in several states. He has his LEHP and is a certified food safety professional.
He received a Masters in
Education from Loyola University Chicago where he specialized in Adult Instruction
in Corporate Settings and training populations with low literacy or English as
a second language. He is currently
completing his second Masters Degree in Jewish Studies from
