Steve Lipton is President of Biotest Services, Inc. and has been in Environmental Health for 15 years, consulting, training, and providing food safety audits to a vast variety of both food manufacturers and food service facilities in several states.  He has his LEHP and is a certified food safety professional. 

 

He received a Masters in Education from Loyola University Chicago where he specialized in Adult Instruction in Corporate Settings and training populations with low literacy or English as a second language.  He is currently completing his second Masters Degree in Jewish Studies from Spertus College in Chicago, with specializations in ancient languages and ancient environmental health practices and superstitions. 

 

Steve is an instructor for Illinois and Chicago Food Safety Manager’s Certification and regularly teaches at Beth Emet the Free Synagogue in Evanston, Illinois where he is also a member.
